Please ensure you have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions before committing to a purchase.
Paddocks Education purchases from the online shop are exclusive to educational establishments, youth centers, organisations representing young people or education.
If you would like to return items to Paddocks Education, you must first obtain a returns authorization code from us.
In order to access a return authorization code, please email us at info@thepaddocks.net stating the item cereal number followed by “damaged” “faulty” or “unwanted”, in the subject box. We will reply within 4 working days (excluding public bank holidays and weekends) with a unique returns authorization code which will need to be attached clearly on the outside of the packaging. With out this, the delivery will be returned to sender. This may also compromise your refund or replacement.
All items will need to be sent back with their original packaging, manuals, accessories and any other content. Paddocks Education will not be held responsible for any damages caused in returning goods to us. The condition of the goods will remain the customer's responsibility until goods have been received and thoroughly assessed by Paddocks Education. The cost of the returns delivery is always the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly advise you do not sign for or accept goods which are delivered with significant damage to the packaging. Ask the delivery person to take the package away and contact Paddocks Education immediately.
If goods are accepted and signed for before damage is discovered, take photographs if possible and return item with photos as instructed above.
Always ensure you have signed for the correct amount of packages when they are delivered. If any are missing, inform the Delivery Company immediately as well as Paddocks Education and we will track your order.
Unwanted Goods
Unwanted goods are accepted through the returns procedure providing you are able to contact us with in 5 days of receipt. After this period a full refund may be not be given. Full refunds are not applicable to items if:
Unwanted goods can not include microphones, headphones, strings, or any other items which require contact with the mouth, ears and head.
Unless specified otherwise, all products are supplied with their standard 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
Please note suspected faults may be part of the usual operation of the product. Please refer to the user manual trouble shooting suggestions before arranging return.
Faults may not be covered by warranty if it is apparent that unsuitable appliances, accessories, packaging or placement have been applied.
Delivery costs are added to orders and charged at cost. We endeavor to keep these to a minimum. Paddocks Education will make every effort to ensure a speedy delivery service, however no liability will be accepted for delay in delivery and no guarantee is given that goods or services will be supplied on a given date. Usual shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
Proving we have the item in stock, your orders are dispatched within 3 working days. The listing of a product on our website does not always imply that we are currently carrying stock.
